Weekly Tittle

The Weekly Tittle is an exercise designed to focus your attention on a specific space, aspect, or challenge of decluttering and organizing your home. We assign a new tittle in each webcast/podcast, then check on your progress the following week.

The Journey of a Thousand Miles Begins with Putting on a Walking Shoe

Your stuff should not be an obstacle to your exercise goals or recreational activities. Try one of these tasks to streamline your routine this week:

  • Is your exercise bike serving as a clothing rack? Let’s start there. Put those clean or dirty clothes where they really belong and get pedaling again!
  • Take inventory. Are you keeping clothing or equipment for a sport or activity in which you’ll never participate again? It’s time to donate it to someone who’ll actually use it.
  • Identify something standing in the way of your recreational activity or the health regimen you’d like to establish. Go buy that combination lock! Or replace your worn-out walking shoes with a new pair.
  • Revisit your in-home exercise space to make sure it’s safe and effective. If not, remove stuff to give yourself more room to move.
