For the category of stuff you find hardest to declutter or organize, please tell us about how or why this type of stuff trips you up. | paperwork: not sure if I will want it later, boring to deal with, not feeling very accomplished after doing a big pile, sometimes redundant papers that need to be compared to see if one has more infomation, not always sure what needs to be kept (especially related to 401K mail or legal anything) |

What’s your favorite thing to listen to while decluttering? | silence plus my own thoughts... when I help my daughter declutter, I don't mind chatting though. |
Here’s your chance to ask Gayle and Ed any question you’re curious about. It need not be related to this survey’s topic(s). | I often think about a career in decluttering and wonder if I would need to be "certified" or belong to NAPO or some other requirement? (This would happen only if I need to leave my current career... I'm not young and might feel I wouldn't have time for a lot of training) |
