Name the hobby, craft, art form, or other recreational activity that contributes the most stuff to your living space, including raw materials, tools, equipment, other supplies, reference materials, specialized furniture, etc. | Sewing |
Reflecting on your answer to the previous question, describe the part of the activity that contributes most to the clutter in your home. Your answer may be based on volume, size, complexity, or any other factor that makes it difficult to store and manage the stuff for your activity. | I have the fabric more or less under control but the tools are still many and scattered. I rounded up all my different kinds of scissors and put them in an easy to view bin. My electric cutting dies are all over. Don’t know if I will ever use them again. And the complex and many assorted rulers for marking and cutting. I honestly don’t know if I will ever use any if this stuff again. |
Reflecting on your answer to the first question, describe how the cluttered state of stuff related to this activity negatively impacts your ability to carry out or enjoy the activity. | Right now I think all this stuff is making my craft space feel sloppy and disorganized. And I would like to start on a new and different craft but my space already feels full. |
About how much time do you spend on the activity in question in an average week? | Right now, none |
What is the hobby, craft, art form, or other recreational activity that you think EVERYONE should try? | Good question 🙂 |
