Which of the following statements best describes your living situation?I’m an “empty nester” whose child/children have taken all or most of their belongings with them.

when my sons left in early 20's, i did not pressure them to take their stuff. they were in tiny, shared apartments. my gift to good sons, was to give them a storage place, in my basement. clutter for me in basement. years later on, in bigger apartments, they took their stuff. i asked them not to tell me what they did with their stuff.

your best advise for stopping loved ones from giving me cards, photos, gifts. very hard for me to get rid of , if from a loved one which
all the stuff i am trying to get rid of my own stuff.
out of control of "incoming" STUFF, as my family grows with inlaws, grandchildren.
i have had the talk, the plea for no stuff...just a phone call. email, or FaceTime is perfect.

Future topics

World Water Day was in March. Just found out about it. Never too late to do Things to help keep water supply clean. I let my grass "go" on purpose...mowing as little as possible, no grass fertilizer. A choice to make...a nice lawn, or clean water supply. are we going to poison our water supply., and get cancer.. just so we can look a nice lawn?
plant only native plants and trees, so they flourish without chemicals. ps. Gayle, i have always admired that Texas Ladybird Johnson, as first lady, had all of Texas seeded with the Texas wildflower...i think they were the native bluebonnets.
