Please elaborate, if you wish.I really can’t tell though sometimes I wish I lived across the world for the hours.
What are the trouble spots in your daily routine or your family’s routines? In other words, where do you find your habits and routines breaking down on a regular basis?I delay taking the first steps to get myself started, ie get dressed, or eat something to have energy, or get moving. Much better if I get dressed, put my uniform on to get in the zone in the kitchen and some other tasks (apron I really like and socks and runners). Even better if I take a shower first.
What aspects of your home (the size, the layout, the contents, the organization of those contents, other household members, etc.) either contribute to or detract from your ability to cultivate and execute productive and useful routines?I have a really hard time doing things if someone is lying on the couch with the tv going. Open concept house. Also, because of the open concept and so much of the interior space wasted for traversing, on top of sunken living room splitting floor in the center, there is a serious lack of storage. This home must of been built for minimalists.
What daily (or frequent) chore would you like to wave a magic Clutter Fairy wand to remove from your routine?Ooh, good question! I’m pausing to think. Gee, it would make a noticeable difference if all of the items that have a home magically were suddenly placed in their home.
Here’s your chance to ask Gayle and Ed any question you’re curious about. It need not be related to this survey’s topic(s). If we think that your question—and our answer—might be useful or instructive to The Clutter Fairy Weekly audience, we’ll share them in an upcoming episode. What do you each have on or in your bedside table? At what time do you get up and at what time are you dressed and ready to take on the day? As in your teeth are already brushed, you’re already fed, and your coffee or beverage has been consumed. Thank you
