Survey #219 Response from Peggy
Describe an object, collection, or category of items that you’re keeping even though its value, desirability, and/or usefulness to you has significantly diminished over time. | calendar type notes dating back over 20 years |

Explain your reason or rationale for keeping the thing(s) you described in your answer to the previous question. | I live a tame life but somewhere in my head I worry I might have to prove where I was on a given date... makes no sense |
What’s your favorite thing about summer? And what could you do this week to make more room in your life or your home for your summer fun? | I like that there is less "suiting up" to go out because it's warm or hot rather than icy cold / snowy. My hubby is home all summer which is a plus and a minus ha ha... I always tell him not to forget I'm still working my regular schedule |
Here’s your chance to ask Gayle and Ed any question you’re curious about. It need not be related to this survey’s topic(s). If we think that your question—and our answer—might be useful or instructive to The Clutter Fairy Weekly audience, we’ll share them in an upcoming episode. | how to handle peoples opinions about your clutter... whether you are keeping it or decluttering it |
Future topics | I wanted to add something about my clipboard. I'm super forgetful, so need to make notes wherever I happen to be. If I wait until I have the right piece of paper, the idea will be gone. What I have decided is to take each note and just place it on the clipboard and once a week or so copy all notes into their proper categories (things to buy, appointments, stuff I want to get done). I just did this and it is a soothing process for me. As long as I remember to place all notes on the clipboard, all should be well 🙂 |
