Describe an object, collection, or category of items that you’re keeping even though its value, desirability, and/or usefulness to you has significantly diminished over time.Christmas dishes. Kids are all grown up with families of their own. My daughter hosts now. She is becoming more minimalist and doesn’t really want them. They are beautiful. I had lovely memories with everyone at my table but my parents are gone and siblings have their own families. It’s beautiful and useful but haven’t been used in at least 4 years. I might try for one more holiday and then let them go. That time had passed and I’m 71. Time for the next phase of life.
Explain your reason or rationale for keeping the thing(s) you described in your answer to the previous question.Keeping for their beauty and memories. Just hard to part with them.
