Describe an object, collection, or category of items that you’re keeping even though its value, desirability, and/or usefulness to you has significantly diminished over time.Stamp collection, cookbooks, clothes, tools, garden tools, bad (half) working tools/machines, shampoo bottles, shoes.
Explain your reason or rationale for keeping the thing(s) you described in your answer to the previous question.Husband gets angry when I talk about ditching my (!) stamp collection (3 books). He thinks it has value and/or wants to sort them with his collection. So now I keep it so my not yet existing grand children can play with it or glue them somewhere. He doesn't that yet...

Regarding the other items: It could be used some time in the future.... especially clothes. I've saved clothes in smaller sizes that I really, really like and would love to use, but it is so hard to lose the weight 🙁
What’s your favorite thing about summer? And what could you do this week to make more room in your life or your home for your summer fun?Hanging washed clothes outside in the sun to dry 🙂 I can just stand outside, feel a light breeze, take a deep breath and enjoy summer.

Bribe the weather man? Weather forecast is 17 degrees, cloudy and rain for the coming week in Sweden where I live.

Future topics

The emotional side of our connection to things and the wide range between my connection with few items for one reason and many items for another reason. I really like/love very few items. Eg. This vase would I take in case of a divorce because I really love it. But why keeping so many things that could be useful some time in future? How to find a middle way? How to combine useful with beautiful?
