Describe a popular myth or misconception about clutter or organizing that you believed in the past, but have now come to see as incorrect. Who or what changed your mind about this idea?One pass through your house and you will be decluttered for good. I've found that having decluttered for many years now that it takes time and a lot of decision making and also, it's more of a part of my life to declutter than just a project.
Describe a limiting belief about clutter or organizing that negatively affects your ability or willingness to address your home organization issues. This may be a belief that you inherited, picked up from popular culture, received from friends or family, or came up with all on your own!I can't get rid of my family heirlooms from my parents and my grandparents, I have to keep passing them down even if I don't want them.
Future topics

I made a discovery about myself recently that helped me to let go of more items. I was lumping too many things into what I considered my sentimental category. I realized that not only was I considering things that brought me joy, but
also, things that were causing me guilt thinking about decluttering them. Family heirlooms, things with monetary value and old items like over a hundred years old. After I split joy from guilt, I was able to let many more items go, truly an aha moment!
