Complete the following statement: “What I wish people could understand about my struggle with clutter and disorganization is _____.” | How much work goes behind what they see, even when it still looks messy, and how much of an impact my mental and physical health have on it. |
Describe an area or aspect of your life or home in which you are already sufficiently organized. | I've cleared out from the spare room all the baby stuff that won't ever be used now except what is going to a pregnant coworker next month. I've got the bedding for the room organized in a dresser in there and have made space for storing health related items (exercise equipment, braces, heating pads and bags, etc) in the room which frees up space elsewhere in the house. We even added a small drop leaf table that guests can use as a small desk or whatever else. It's set up now and kept tidy for exercise and for anytime a guest visits. |
Describe something that you’re happy to leave behind in 2024 and something you’re looking forward to making a part of your life in 2025. | Health problems, money problems, house issues, all of that business I would love to leave behind. I'm hoping to find more time to be creative, to connect with people, and to work on improving my health in the coming year. |
