I'm ADHD and I've tried doing it in very small, say ten minute increments and I can barely manage those, but it's a losing battle. I have very large stacks and once something has been "stacked" it is quite literally out of mind and i've completly forgotten about it, or tht I even have it. I periodically "stack" just to have the calm of a neat office and now I've got huge stacks. Help, please! |
