Please select the statement that BEST describes your paper backlog.I have a massive backlog of paper sorting and filing, and I can’t see any end in sight.
Please select the statement that BEST describes your ongoing relationship with incoming paper.I tend to let mail and other papers pile up, then deal with them in one Herculean effort.
Describe the types or categories of paper clutter that you find the most challenging to sort, purge, and organize.Interesting junk mail, reports, offers or statements, on pretty paper in fancy envelopes, & LOTS of notes I've taken that... I'd like to respond, look up online, use in my own projects, or tell my best friend. Many failed systems to sort or contain.
I's always about 'down the road'. Now my circumstances have changed & my down the road has narrowed & has become time sensitive. I need help.
Please complete one or more of the following statements: “I struggle with paper clutter because ___.” “I would have an easier time managing paper if only ___.” “The accumulation of paper in my home makes me feel ___.”I have no system
Makes me feel anxious
Here’s your chance to ask Gayle and Ed any question you’re curious about. It need not be related to this survey’s topic(s). If we think that your question—and our answer—might be useful or instructive to The Clutter Fairy Weekly audience, we’ll share them in an upcoming episode.Id love to hear your thoughts on my version of Tetris in the game of clutter. (apparently I'm a Master lol)
TETRIS; moving an item into an empty space, opening an empty space in it's place, allowing a different item to now occupy that space, thus creating that new empty space. All appearing to be "more organized" as I do clean or thin out a bit.

I'm new to Clutter Fairy Huston & have renewed hope. I'd love people to know your instructional guidance is just that (wait for it lol). It is profoundly on point, relatable beyond words, intuitive to a fright, but it is not a 'system' to follow. I feel the individual nature of your process can be/ should be used along with any other 'Decluttering/ Organizing program' a person has found promising to their own situation. You & Eds (sorry if wrong)) humor laced empathy diminish our shame. Your Many! detailed examples give us visual knowledge to pursue. Each episode is not only a declutter lesson, it is a push, often times a needed shove. However always wapped in encouragement, opening the door for movement.
I think I may have strayed from a basic topic suggestion lol. I only wish I had the tech ability to forward this page to a proper space. I know many share my thoughts & would love to have the opportunity to add their words to mine. If you have the copy/paste skill, please do so. With gratitude, Tracy
