When you hear the word “minimalism” used to describe a lifestyle, what do you think of? | An image of bare rooms, many or mostly empty spaces. A hotel room like place. What changed: Minimalism does include art and things that signify well-being. |

How is it relevant to your stuff? | Perhaps if those things are valuable in re-sale or emotional senses. Then one has a feeling one needs to protect them from being lost or taken. It becomes a burden. |
