What advice might you give your younger self to help reduce or avoid the challenge you described in the previous question? | Once you realize you do not need (or want) to have to store and keep these items, try to cull them to only keep the items that you REALLY like and appreciate having. |

Here’s your chance to ask Gayle and Ed any question you’re curious about. It need not be related to this survey’s topic(s). If we think that your question—and our answer—might be useful or instructive to The Clutter Fairy Weekly audience, we’ll share them in an upcoming episode. | I have foreign items that were acquired by my parents from Japan several decades ago (during the early 1950s) after the Korean War. I do not think they blend with my decor, so they are not out for display. But I have kept them due to feeling obligated to do so. That I would be chided for not keeping them. I have thought about selling them, but have no idea of their value. So, I keep them. Question: Can you give advice on how I could determine their value and an outlet where they could be sold? If no information, what else could I do with them so I don't feel neglectful if I were to give them away. |
Future topics | I can't think of anything specific at this time. |
